Noriko Hashida studied and graduated the Art faculty of Tokyo University in 1988.
Then she worked for the Toto Design Center and designed sanitary wear.
After she left the Toto, she created her own design studio "NORIKO HASHIDA DESIGN".
Mainly Noriko Hashida designed furnitures and housewares. She suggests a comfortable design to the mind and the body from a new perspective. Hashida received several design awards including Good Design Award in Japan.
